Need a Different Size or Color? We Got You!
We hope you’re absolutely loving your RedBean goodies! But we totally get it, sometimes things don’t fit quite right, or maybe you’ve changed your mind about the color. Don’t worry, we’re here to help!
You can request an exchange for color or size only within 7 days from the day your order arrived at your doorstep. Just make sure the item is still in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging still intact.
How to Request an Exchange

2) Let us know what you’d like to exchange (which size or color!)
3) We’ll guide you through the rest, easy peasy!
A Few Important Things to Note:
📦 Shipping Cost
All shipping costs are on you, so be sure to pack your item(s) safely! If anything comes back damaged or looking a little too loved, we won’t be able to accept it and will have to send it back (shipping charges apply).
🔍 We’ll Do a Quick Check
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it to make sure everything’s in good shape before we process the exchange. No cash on delivery or surprise postage, please!
💔 Got a Wrong or Defective Item?
Oh no! If we made a mistake, we’ll cover the return shipping and make it right with a full refund of your order value once we’ve checked the item.
A Few More Things to Remember:
- Exchanges are only for color and size changes.
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
- We don’t offer refunds at the moment.
