WORKING DAY

Our HQ working day is Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm. All orders placed before 6pm will be delivered on the next 48 working hours. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. 

Please note that delivery service will not be available during weekends and public holiday. Saturday delivery is only available for orders within West Malaysia, that are placed before 12pm on Friday to ensure delivery.

Some postcodes are exempt from next working delivery. Delivery times may take extra 1-2 days in some occasions.

WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?

All orders are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO RECEIVE YOUR PARCEL ?

Standard delivery will take 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 2-5 business days for East Malaysia respectively. It will take 7-14 business days for international delivery.?

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the total amount paid at checkout.

Your checkout total only covers the items and shipping fee. Any additional fees required for customs clearance will need to be borne by the recipient.
